Assay protocol :

Reagents are prepared according to the assay instructions. Lyophilized Calibrators and Controls are reconstituted and the working dilution of the Biot-Vit D reagent is prepared prior to use. The required amount of strips is removed from the stripwell plate.
90 µL of Sample diluent are added to the wells.
10 µl of reconstituted Calibrator, Control or sample are transferred in duplicate into the appropriate wells of the stripwell plate.
The plate is incubated for 90 minutes at 37°C, with shaking.
