Hormone replacement therapy

Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) marginally decreases the concentration of Vitamin D Binding Protein (VDBP). This decrease leads to an increase in the free 25OH Vitamin D concentration, at constant total 25OH Vitamin D levels.
